A trowel-grade mastic formulated for surface preparation and detailing with ULTRASEAL® XP and other CETCO active waterproofing membranes. Incorporating XP technology, its hydrophilic polymer swells upon contact with water to create a watertight barrier, even in high-salinity conditions. With a thick, grease-like consistency, it is easy to apply and adheres to most building materials.
