The Minscan®-M maintenance system is designed to repair refractory lining in different areas of EAFs. The gunning head can perform continuous 360° rotations and simultaneous vertical movements from the furnace center along the banks to the upper edge of the furnace’s water-cooling panels.
This execution is upgradable and features a remote control for operation.
Spraying is executed based on visual analysis by the operator.
