The unfoldable LaCam^® laser scanner is designed to measure the refractory lining in different areas of a horizontally lying ladle/converter/torpedo. The laser scanning head can perform continuous 360° rotations and simultaneous horizontal movements to capture the total inner refractory surface of a ladle.
