Our 5th-generation LaCam® 3D software suite is a powerful collection of tools to analyze data streams produced by our LaCam® laser scanners and provide a virtual 3D inspection of any vessel. The software visualizes refractory lining wear, wear rates, vessel volumes, and vessel deformation. In addition to information about distance, LaCam®-3D also provides an absorption or reflection value and the absolute temperature for each point. Secondary information, including the bath level for freeboard determination, can also be determined. This software enables our customers to maximize vessel life and optimize the consumption of gunning mixes by determining area-specific uses. It also provides brick consumption trend analysis and campaign life predictions.
