Our 5th-generation LaCam®-3D basic software visualizes refractory lining wear, wear rates, vessel volumes, and vessel deformation, with the overall purpose of providing a 3D inspection of any vessel. In addition to information about distance, LaCam®-3D also provides an absorption or reflection value and the absolute temperature of each point. This software enables our customers to maximize vessel life and optimize the consumption of gunning mixes by determining area-specific uses. It also provides brick consumption trend analysis and campaign life predictions.
