Application Technologies:
MINSCAN® refractory application machinery is a unique remote controlled robotic system for the maintenance of electric arc furnaces.

Our SCANTROL® laser refractory measuring system further improves the value of the MINSCAN® refractory application machinery. It incorporates a laser measurement system to automatically control the application of monolithic refractory products.

Other examples of systems that improve application efficiency are the SEQUAD® gunning machines for ladles and blast furnace installations, the MIX-O-MAT™ refractory application machinery and Magline™ for sprayable coating applications, and shooters for basic oxygen furnace gunnables and shotcretes.
