Erin N. Cutler
Vice President, Human ResourcesErin Cutler is Vice President of Human Resources, an MTI officer, and a member of the Leadership Council, MTI’s executive management team.
Ms. Cutler has more than 15 years of Human Resources experience, holding roles of increasing responsibility across the function. She joined MTI in 2015 as Human Resources Manager, Performance Materials. In May 2019, Ms. Cutler was appointed Director, Talent Management. In this position, she led major human resources initiatives including enhancing talent management and succession practices, strengthening talent acquisition efforts, and building talent development programs through the creation and deployment of internship and mentorship programs.
Before joining MTI, Ms. Cutler was employed by Pratt Industries, a $3 billion privately held recycled paper and packaging company, where she held multiple human resource positions of increasing responsibility.
Ms. Cutler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from DeSales University.
